Has the time come for a new roof?
It’s something no home or business owner wants to hear - the roof is too far gone to repair, and needs to be replaced. There’s no getting away from it - that’s a big job, and big projects generally come with big bills. However, at P Edington Roofing Services, we do everything we can to minimise the cost. If your roof has been damaged, and you think a replacement is necessary, get in touch - we’ll assess the situation, let you know if you’re correct, and provide a competitive quote for the work.
Repair or replace?
The first job we’ll do when we arrive is to see whether a replacement is absolutely necessary. Repairs are almost always cheaper than a replacement, and if we can carry out a cost-effective repair, that’s what we’ll recommend. Roofs do have a finite lifespan, though, so it may be the case that a replacement is required. If so, we’ll make sure you know exactly what that entails.
